Meet Kelly
Kelly grew up in a household where the kitchen was the heart of everything. Sunday dinners were an event — slow-braised oxtails, seasoned lamb chops, rice and beans cooked low and slow. Food wasn't just fuel. It was how his family showed love.
After years of cooking for everyone around him, Kelly decided it was time to share those recipes with Jacksonville. He saved up, bought a truck, and hit the road with a simple mission: serve real food, made the right way, at a price anyone could afford.
Today, Kelly and his staff still show up every morning to prep the truck. They know their regulars by name, remember their orders, and take pride in every single plate that goes out the window.

Kelly started cooking for family and friends out of his home kitchen in Jacksonville, FL. Word spread fast — neighbors were showing up at the door just to get a plate.
The Truck Hits the Road
Kelly took the leap and launched the food truck. What started as a one-man operation quickly became a neighborhood staple, serving up oxtails, lamb chops, and breakfast sandwiches that kept people coming back.
A Second Location
Demand grew so much that Kelly added a second daily stop — bringing the truck to Beach Blvd in the evenings so more Jacksonville families could enjoy a hot, home-cooked meal.
